AIRROC is pleased to be planning our first in-person event since March 2020 — from Sunday, October 17 through Tuesday October 19, 2021.
The AIRROC Board of Directors looks forward to reuniting with our legacy colleagues. Our trusted event host for the past few years will again be The Westin Jersey City Newport, located at 479 Washington Boulevard in Jersey City, New Jersey.
AIRROC and our host hotel are taking precautions to make sure that our guests are safe with the Marriott Commitment to Clean policies in effect. AIRROC is offering a very flexible cancellation policy for our guests should you need to cancel for any reason.
The event will be offered as a hybrid with the ability to join the education sessions via live stream. Onsite attendees will have two days to set up meetings, attend our gala dinner, be present for the announcement of the person of the year, and have many chances for networking to catch up with your legacy colleagues.
Education topics include Market Perspectives, IBT’s and Divisions, the Anatomy of a Transaction, MGA’s in Legacy Business, Claims Trends Updates.
The Westin is just a few hundred yards from the Hudson River with spectacular views of the New York City skyline. It is less than 15 minutes via the PATH train to New York City, and boasts a number of restaurants and shops close by, as well as the full-service amenities expected from a fine hotel.
On Monday evening, AIRROC will be hosting a reception and dinner at Battello, a short walk from The Westin. This gala celebration will include all of the essential elements for success – a spectacular setting, exceptional food, and attentive service. With breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River, you won’t want to miss this signature event for AIRROC. Tuesday again provides for the opportunity to schedule meetings all day with other event attendees in order to progress matters between companies. We end with an evening reception.
