HAMILTON, Bermuda, 14 August,2026 – RiverStone International, a leading acquirer and reinsurer of legacy business, today announced that it has entered into LPT reinsurance agreements with QBE Insurance Group, representing approximately US$1.6 billion of reserves and further strengthening the long-standing relationship between the two organisations. The transactions cover North American Middle Market and Workers’ Compensation portfolios, and European liability books.
