For almost 70 years, the Rendez-Vous de Septembre (RVS) has brought insurance and reinsurance leaders from around the world to Monte Carlo for four days of meetings and relationship-building.
While RVS is typically focused on ongoing business, AIRROC has found a permanent place on the calendars of many attendees. With the support of our co-sponsoring members and Corporate Partners, AIRROC returned to RVS this year for our annual reception at Avenue 31. With over 100 attendees, the reception brought together professionals from across the market in a setting designed for exactly what AIRROC does best: creating opportunities for people to connect, exchange perspectives and build relationships.
Over the years, the Avenue 31 reception has become an established part of AIRROC’s presence at RVS. As AIRROC Board member Eleni Iacovides observed, “It was heartwarming to hear from our community that we are now in their diary as their Tuesday evening fun thing to do!”
That recognition matters. AIRROC’s presence in Monte Carlo is not simply about hosting an event in a beautiful location. It is an investment in our visibility, our industry relationships and our ability to represent the legacy community in the broader insurance and reinsurance market. Attending RVS and bringing the market together at Avenue 31 gives AIRROC an opportunity to bring the perspective of our community into a much broader industry dialogue and to bring what we hear back to our members.
The conversations that begin across meeting tables and continue at Avenue 31 help expand AIRROC’s reach, strengthen relationships across the industry and keep the legacy market connected to the broader market it serves.
A special thank you to our 2026 co-hosts: Compre Group, Enstar, Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP, Kennedys, Mayer Brown and Xitus. And thank you to everyone who joined us in Monte Carlo and helped make this year’s reception such a success!
