AIRROC has announced its board leadership for 2026. The officers are Chair Dawn Ballin (Enstar), First Vice Chair Stewart Richmond (RiverStone Group), and Second Vice Chair Brendan McQuiggan (Brandywine Holdings/Chubb). The board supporting officers are Marianne Petillo (ROM) as Treasurer, Megan McHugh (Enstar) as Secretary, and Robert Romano along with Victoria Corder (Norton Rose Fulbright) as the association’s General Counsel.
The Chair and Vice Chairs collectively serve as AIRROC’s Executive Committee, along with Executive Director Katie Reynolds. Dawn Ballin is Senior Vice President and Head of Claims for Enstar (US), Stewart Richmond is Director Assumed Reinsurance at RiverStone and Brendan McQuiggan is Senior Vice President, Reinsurance at Brandywine Holdings/Chubb. Each member has a longstanding involvement with AIRROC, contributing both as board members and in leadership roles on key committees within the organization. The board leaders serve one-year terms, with the next officer in succession advancing annually.
AIRROC also welcomes three new Directors elected by the membership: Nicole Gaudreault (The Hartford), Eleni Iacovides (Sophrosyne Partners LLC), and Stacie Rolfingsmeier (Swiss Re).
- Nicole Gaudreault is Assistant Vice President of Reinsurance Claims at The Hartford, responsible for both legacy and ongoing ceded claim operations. She began her career with The Hartford in 1993 at First State Insurance Company shortly after it was placed into runoff. In her current role, she leads the detection, reporting and recovery of reinsurance, as well as legacy accounting operations. She manages complex reinsurance exposures and operational challenges across multiple books of business.
- Eleni Iacovides is a dual qualified lawyer (UK and Cyprus) with experience evenly divided between private practice and in-house legal and executive roles in the insurance legacy market. With a career spanning through three decades, and all in the insurance legacy space, Eleni was acknowledged as London Super Lawyer in 2015 and was featured in the Reactions “Women in Insurance” issue in 2018. Entrepreneurial by nature, Eleni sourced and advised on portfolio transfers in the UK and Europe. Eleni previously served as the first international member of the AIRROC board. She also served as the Chair of the International Outreach Committee and as a member of AIRROC’s Advisory Council. In September 2024, she co-founded Sophrosyne Partners LLC, a company focusing on the acquisition of long-tail corporate liabilities. She also continues to advise on legacy transactions more broadly.
- Stacie Rolfingsmeier is a Vice President on the In-Force Management team at Swiss Re, where she manages legacy business portfolios with a focus on commutations and portfolio optimization. She began her career at Swiss Re 17 years ago, immediately entering the legacy space through handling and managing complex APH claims. That early exposure to long-tail liability management built a strong foundation for her transition into In-Force Management, where she has spent the past 16 years optimizing legacy portfolios and driving resolution strategies. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kansas and has earned both the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and Certified Legacy Professional (CLP) designations.
AIRROC has a 15-person board which all serve three-year staggered terms. All members are eligible to run for a board position during the annual election cycle in the fall. For a full list of the AIRROC Directors please see the AIRROC website at https://www.airroc.org/leadership-and-councils.html.
